Hi, this page explains how I work, what I can offer and the logistics.

Supporting others to manage the changes they would like to make in their life,
I use skills that I have developed via my lived experience and by

training with people I admire and respect.

People ask me what somatic coaching and trauma informed creative facilitation is,
after a couple of minutes as I watch their eyes glaze over, I end up saying;

"Probably easiest if I demonstrate what it is really."

The practicalities are like this;

I charge £60 for a one to one consultation.

In my group work I charge £1000 per day for organisations.

In my own group work the price varies depending upon the group and my costs.

In order to make my work available to all I offer a sliding scale price for those on a low income.
